Mei-Li de Oliveira Sadilek

In 2020 I joined Panteia as an intern. A year later I was accepted as a part time research assistant and now, in 2024, I have come back as a full time junior researcher/advisor. Working at, and coming back to, Panteia has really been a wonderful experience for me. Right from the outset, my colleagues were very welcoming. I soon learned the ins and outs of the company and what it means to work on, for example, an impact assessment for the European Commission.

My work is always very interesting and I never feel like I am doing the same thing twice – which is so important for me as I am a very curious person. Through my work I am able to learn about all kinds of developments occurring around Europe and the different perspectives that stakeholders from different countries possess. I also really enjoy being able to gather this big pool of information to then derive conclusions and advice for our clients.

I look forward to what the future holds for me at Panteia!
