Charlotte Byrne
I first joined Panteia in 2022 as an intern, drawn by the company’s strong commitment to creating a research-driven impact on society. From the start, I was made to feel very welcome by my colleagues, which made it easy to settle in and grow both personally and professionally.
As I became more involved in a wide variety of projects, ranging from cultural heritage to working conditions, I developed a passion for research and its diverse real-world applications. With the guidance of my supervisors, I transitioned into the role of a researcher, an opportunity that has been incredibly rewarding. Panteia offers a wealth of opportunities for professional development, and I’ve always felt encouraged to continuously expand my skills and ambition.
Today, I work as a junior researcher and advisor, focusing primarily on international projects. My role involves conducting policy research, analysing data, and providing evidence-based recommendations to help shape public policies and initiatives. It’s exciting to see how our work contributes to both societal progress and industry advancement. I also appreciate Panteia’s respect for work-life balance, which allows me to excel professionally whilst maintaining a healthy balance with my personal life.
Looking ahead, I’m excited to continue growing at Panteia, taking on new challenges and deepening my expertise in applied policy research. I’m eager to contribute even more to the company’s values and exploring new opportunities to make a positive impact on society.
